The register is empty.
When something is published here it will be a question we are actively working on, the position we hold, and how much confidence that position has earned — which at the start is usually none.
We would rather this section stay empty than fill it with work we have not done.
A question will earn a place here once it has been written down precisely enough to be wrong. It leaves in one of two directions: the position hardens enough to be written into the Playbook, or it turns out there was no general answer and that gets recorded instead. Neither has happened yet.
